Kathy Tighe Wins 2022 Managing Partner Relentless Award

2022 continues to be Kathy Tighe’s record year. In addition to recently being named a Top 100 ProAdvisor for the 9th consecutive year, Kathy, who is a Senior Manager in our Outsourced Management Accounting Practice, was named the winner of the LGA’s 2022 Managing Partner Relentless Award.

This award recognizes Kathy’s relentless commitment to quality, consistency, persistence, passion, attention to detail, tenacity, and client service.

2022 Promotions

Steve Sieker Promoted to Partner, Business Advisory

Steve Sieker, CPA, has been promoted to Partner in the firm’s Business Advisory Services Practice. Steve leads the Fractional CFO Practice at LGA, where he serves as a seasoned CFO for companies on a part-time or project basis.

Steve’s background includes experience as a CFO and as a Senior Executive overseeing major FP&A functions, and has spanned many ownership structures, including public, PE, VP, and family-owned. While Steve’s experience covers a wide range of disciplines, he is uniquely qualified in process improvement, executive communication tools, financial change management, KPI implementation, transaction due diligence, and post-transaction integration.

Ross Yogel Promoted to Partner, Business Advisory

Ross Yogel, MBA, CPA, CVA, MAFF has been promoted to Partner in the firm’s Business Advisory Services Practice.

Ross specializes in serving clients and attorneys in need of closely held business valuations, financial consulting, and forensic accounting. He is a licensed Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF), and CPA and has been working in business valuation for over 10 years. Services he has provided to clients and attorneys include estate and gift planning valuation, litigation support valuation, start-up/venture consulting, data analytics, quality of earnings due diligence, and fraud and forensic investigations. A sample of industries Ross has served include restaurants, real estate, healthcare, insurance, sales, automobile dealerships, manufacturing, architecture, and construction.

Suzanne Giroux Promoted to Principal, Tax

Suzanne G. Giroux, CPA, MSA has been promoted to Principal in the firm’s Tax Practice.

Sue has over 17 years of experience in the areas of tax planning and compliance for small businesses, individuals, and fiduciaries; audits, reviews and compilations for small, privately-held businesses. Her clients include real estate entities, nursing homes, and nonprofit organizations.

Joe O’Malley Promoted to Principal, Tax

Joe O’Malley, CPA, MST has been promoted to Principal in the firm’s Tax Practice.

Joe has over 15 years of experience servicing the accounting and tax needs of individuals, trusts, estates, and privately held businesses. He works with clients across a broad range of industries, including law, finance, real estate, technology, and professional services.

Daniel Cedrone Promoted to Senior Manager, Tax

Daniel Cedrone, EA has been promoted to Senior Manager in the firm’s Tax Practice.

Dan has over 25 years of experience servicing the accounting and tax needs of individuals, trusts, estates, and privately held businesses. He works with clients across a broad range of industries, including aerospace, commercial cleaning, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, and restaurants.

Christina Spinner Promoted to Senior Manager, Tax

Christina Spinner, CPA, MBA has been promoted to Senior Manager in the firm’s Tax Practice.

Christina has over 10 years of experience in public accounting and started working at LGA in 2017. She has worked with all industries but specializes on large multi-state corporations. Christina also focuses on corporations and individuals with foreign compliance.

Kimberly Christman Promoted to Senior Associate, Tax

Kimberly Christman has been promoted to Senior Associate in the firm’s Tax Practice.

Kimberly joined LGA in 2019 and works closely with individuals and businesses on servicing their tax needs. Kimberly is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell and is currently sitting for the CPA exams.

Timothy Huggins Promoted to Senior Associate, Tax

Timothy Huggins has been promoted to Senior Associate in the firm’s Tax Practice.

Tim joined LGA in 2020 and has worked on clients in a variety of industries helping them with their tax needs. Tim is a graduate of Merrimack College and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Taxation from Southern New Hampshire University.
