Announcing New Client Relationship Manager Role

June 16, 2020

LGA proudly announces Sarah Goss, CPA has been promoted the new role of Client Relationship Manager. Providing the best possible experience for our clients is a value deeply held by the firm, and the creation of this position is a natural extension of our commitment to the individuals and businesses we serve.

Sarah is an accomplished Assurance and Advisory Senior with 5 years of experience building outstanding client relationships and identifying new opportunities that enable us to provide high-level client service. In this new role, Sarah will continue developing relationships with our existing clients, while seeking new prospective clients. Clients can expect a more streamlined approach when it comes to LGA services.

“It’s a dream that LGA has given me the opportunity to pivot into what I find the most enjoyment in – connecting with our amazing clients and seeing what we can do to help them accomplish their business and financial goals,” remarked Goss. “This is a relatively unique role for a CPA firm and I’m fortunate to work for a leadership team that thinks creatively about how to be a better servicer of our clients, both technically and personally.”

“During her time with LGA, Sarah has excelled at developing meaningful relationships with her clients and building trust. Her transition into a client relationship manager role is a natural fit for her where she can leverage her interpersonal skills to further enhance the firm’s relationship with our clients,” said Geraci. Sarah will accomplish this by inquiring about overall satisfaction with the firm’s services, as well as other unaddressed issues and concerns and introducing other firm services and solutions to our clients.”

“Working with Sarah has been a pleasure.  Sarah is not your typical auditor!  At our first meeting she explained her philosophy of working together to get the most accurate results in the most efficient way.  Sarah’s approach to the audit really made me feel she was on our team,” remarked LGA client Caroline Crosby.  I enjoyed Sarah’s cheerful manner and ability to explain complex issues in clear understandable terms.  Difficult issues were addressed head on and handled professionally with a positive attitude.  Sarah took the dread and drudgery out of our audit experience.  I wish her all the best in her new role.”
