2021 Promotions and Anniversaries

At LGA, we hold two Firm Days each year, one in January and one over the summer. Before the pandemic, Firm Day was a time to gather and go over events happening within the firm; productivity, milestones, goals achieved and goals to set for the upcoming year. Of course, Firm Day looked a little different in 2020 than previous years as we implemented safety guidelines and practiced social distancing. This past January we held a virtual Firm Day held over two consecutive Fridays. Part of this year’s Firm Day was announcing promotions and acknowledging anniversaries.

We celebrated six LGA anniversaries at our January Firm Day! Igor Novikov celebrated his 1-year anniversary at LGA, Shannon Katz and Frank Storniolo celebrated their 5th years, Scott Sagan and Matt Touma celebrated their 10^th years, and Steve Gallant celebrated his 15th year with LGA. We would have loved to congratulate these team members in person, but instead we sent them a surprise in the mail. At Firm Day these team members opened their gifts and spent time reflecting on all of the years spent, hard work accomplished, and memories cherished throughout their time at LGA.

Along with these anniversaries we also announced some exciting promotions! We’re thrilled to announce the promotion of Sharon Masse to Operations Manager, Shannon Katz to Audit & Attest Manager and John Ead to Audit & Attest Principal. At LGA we know that taking the time to acknowledge and celebrate these milestones means a lot to our team and to us, it’s part of what helps to keep us connected as a firm and a family!
