Wayne began his career in public accounting with Kellem, Goodman, & Co., CPA’s in 1997 and joined LitmanGerson Associates, LLP (now LGA) in 2004 following the merger of the two firms. He works closely with both nonprofit and for-profit entities, with a particular focus on real estate and construction. Wayne has extensive experience advising closely held businesses and their owners, offering tax planning, preparation, and strategic guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs.
