Steve joined LitmanGerson Associates, LLP in 2005 and brings over 30 years of experience in public accounting. Before founding his own firm in 1987, Steve gained valuable experience in the tax department of a national accounting firm, where he developed a deep understanding of a wide range of tax matters. His knowledge spans corporate, partnership, individual, trust, and estate taxation. Steve also has specialized experience in handling dual citizenship and expatriate tax issues, as well as the taxation of foreign entities.

Steve has worked extensively with closely held companies, investment partnerships, venture capital firms, and their portfolio companies. Additionally, he has provided individual income tax planning and personal financial planning services for many years, helping clients address complex financial situations.
