He is a licensed Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF), and a CPA, bringing over 10 years of experience in business valuation. In all matters, Ross carefully investigates and analyzes the facts, develops the best strategic course of action, and then executes that plan step by step.

Ross has provided services across a variety of industries, including restaurants, real estate, healthcare, insurance, sales, automobile dealerships, manufacturing, architecture, and construction.

He prepares business valuations for closely and privately held companies related to estate and gift tax planning, shareholder and marital divorce (as a consulting and testifying expert witness), mergers and acquisitions, SBA 7A compliance, and exit planning, including internal and external buyout strategies.

In litigation support, Ross assists with valuation and forensic engagements involving business valuation, bank statement and asset tracing analysis, misappropriation and dissipation of assets, fraud investigations, embezzlement, lifestyle analysis, complex compensation issues, and calculating income for support purposes.

Ross also consults buyers and sellers on quality of earnings and transaction due diligence, forensic accounting risk investigations, start-up business and venture capital projections, and financial modeling.
