Lucas joined LGA in 2023 as a Learning and Development Specialist and was promoted to Learning and Development Manager in 2025. With a background in business administration and a passion for employee development, Lucas focuses on creating impactful training programs that empower employees to grow professionally and contribute to the firm’s success.
In his role, Lucas collaborates with teams across the organization to identify training needs, design customized learning solutions, and evaluate outcomes to ensure continuous improvement. His experience with talent management, employee engagement, and communication allows him to deliver innovative programs that align with the firm’s values and goals.

Personal:
Outside of work, Lucas enjoys staying active, exploring new hobbies, and spending time with family and friends. A big fan of the UFC, he has attended several live events and loves following the sport. His enthusiasm for learning and connecting with others extends to both his personal and professional life.
