With over 30 years of experience advising a wide range of clients, Janine leads the OMA team in delivering outsourced accounting solutions that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Whether serving as a full back-office solution or augmenting specific functions of a client’s existing accounting and finance team, Janine’s approach allows business owners and managers to focus on the strategic and operational aspects of their business, leaving the accounting functions in capable hands.

Her clients come from diverse industries such as professional services, technology, hospitality, real estate, and nonprofits, as well as foreign-owned entities conducting business in the U.S. Janine is known for developing meaningful relationships with her clients and providing customized accounting services that adapt as their businesses grow and evolve.

In addition to her client-facing work, Janine has lead LGA’s college recruiting efforts, delivering presentations on accounting careers to students and faculty. She is also deeply committed to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives, having completed extensive DEIB training to further LGA’s strategic goals in this area.
