Paul joined LGA in 2019 with the merger of Vasil Dowd Silveira, CPA’s, where he was a founding partner. Paul’s areas of specialization include taxes, estates and trusts, forensic accounting, litigation, and international ventures. He has helped companies establish accounting controls in foreign countries, and has participated in negotiations with both the government and private interests in Europe and South America. In the area of forensic accounting and litigation, he has served as an expert witness regarding tax issues in divorce and business disputes and has participated in many successful settlement discussions. Paul also serves as a trustee for various trusts and as a director of several companies. He is also the founder of Miri System LLC and holder of patents in computer security.
