LGA is announcing a commitment of $100,000 in consulting services for businesses significantly impacted by the effects of COVID-19.

Many businesses have been forced to shut down and many others have had significant decreases in revenue resulting from the pandemic that we’re all going through. LGA is launching the LGA Cares program to help business owners get a better understanding of their financial models to ensure that they’re able to respond appropriately to survive all of the challenges that we’re all going through now.

Today, business owners are answering “I don’t know” to a lot of questions. LGA’s business advisors are rolling up their sleeves to help business owners find solid footing and a path forward.

Are you answering “I don’t know” to these questions?

  • Can you operate profitably?
  • How will revenue look for the rest of 2020?
  • What kinds of infrastructure cost-cutting decisions need to be made sooner than later?
  • When will you run out of money?

LGA will be helping businesses in two ways. We will help to recast their 2020 budgets and build an assumption model so that they understand what levers they’re going to have to pull to be able to navigate through all of these challenges. Second, we want to help businesses do some cashflow modeling so that those who are being impacted by cashflow shortages resulting from delayed customer payments have an appropriate plan in place to respond to these challenges.

We are a community and we need to help each other. LGA is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2020. We want to work with other businesses to ensure that they’re able to continue to be there for their employees and families and get through this together. Please reach out to us if there’s any way that we can help you through this; we want to be there for you now and always. Thank you.
