LGA’s Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB)
LGA proudly embraces DEIB and the opportunity to serve as a catalyst for change throughout our industry and the accounting profession at large. We believe that by fostering an environment of respect, open-mindedness, and a sense of belonging, we become better versions of ourselves, and propel our organization and industry forward.
Our journey began with the signing of the CEO Action Pledge and the subsequent education of our firm’s DEIB leadership team and our entire firm. But we also recognize that change cannot come without action and intention. We contribute financially to organizations that support and advance underrepresented groups and communities, celebrate the successes of minority-owned businesses, partner with college and university student-run organizations promoting the advancement of underrepresented graduates, and take DEIB-focused trips to educate the firm. All of these efforts are mission-focused to increase the diversity of Team LGA while building a firm that welcomes and values each team member’s authentic self.
